Terms of Service

1. The service

Agentic Data Mining provides subscription access to structured public-record datasets over MCP, REST, and — on institutional licenses — CSV delivery, plus dashboards built on them (EconomicIQ, DIBIQ, builderIQ) and PeptideIQ, a price data aggregator subscription for online retailers. Records are served as filed by the issuing source, with source identifiers attached. The service is for business use.

2. Accounts

You need an account, created through our sign-in provider, Clerk. Give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You're responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and automatic renewal

Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically. Each plan bills in advance for a monthly or annual period, and at the end of each period it renews for another period of the same length, charged to your payment method on file at the then-current price, until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your account (see Section 6). Card payments are processed by Stripe through Clerk Billing; invoice or bank-transfer billing is available on request.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are published on the pricing page (and, for PeptideIQ, on the PeptideIQ page) in US dollars. Dataset tiers are flat: no usage charge applies to tool calls on any tier. Prices exclude sales, use and similar taxes, which are added where the law requires. We may change prices for future periods; we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a price increase applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then. Founding and promotional prices are honored for as long as their offer says.

5. Free trials

Where a free trial is offered, it lasts for the stated period (typically 30 days; founding trials as stated in their offer) and doesn't require a card. A trial without a card on file never turns into a paid plan by itself — you're charged only after you choose a paid plan. We may limit trials to one per customer and end a trial that is being abused.

6. Cancellation, downgrades and upgrades

You can cancel or change plans yourself in your account at any time (for PeptideIQ: Account > Plan & billing). Cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access to your current plan until then and won't be charged again for it. Upgrades take effect as shown at checkout. Dataset keys expire when a cancelled subscription's period ends.

7. Refunds

Refunds follow the refund policy on our Support page: no partial refunds for a monthly period already started; for annual plans, a prorated refund of the unused months if you cancel within 14 days of purchase or renewal; and a full refund of any charge made in error. Nothing in these terms limits refund rights you have by law.

8. Keys and seats

API keys are issued to the subscribing account and may not be shared outside it. Developer keys are single-seat; Desk keys cover the subscribing team; institutional keys are scoped in the signed license. PeptideIQ access covers the store it was issued for.

9. Data license and acceptable use

While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data for your internal business, research and model use, as described in the acceptable use policy. You may not:

• resell, sublicense, bulk-redistribute or re-publish the data, or build a competing dataset or service from it, beyond what your plan or a signed license allows;
• scrape, crawl or bulk-download the service, its dashboards or its websites by automated means other than the APIs and tools we provide, or get around rate limits, access controls or plan limits;
• share your account or keys outside your subscription, or resell access to them;
• use the service to break the law, to harass anyone, or to probe or disrupt the service or other customers' data.

Gated datasets require completed source-license review and an institutional license. We may suspend accounts or keys used in breach of these terms, with notice to the account holder.

10. Data accuracy

The data comes from public records and from aggregating publicly available information. We normalize it but do not alter its substance, and it can contain errors introduced by the original filer, the source system or the collection process, or be out of date. You're responsible for checking anything important before you rely on it. Nothing served through the service is investment, legal, tax, medical or other professional advice.

11. PeptideIQ

• Independence. Paying for PeptideIQ — or any plan, partnership or promotion — never changes a store's trust rating, ranking or the prices shown on The Peptide Index (peptidepricehistory.com). Those are set by the same public method for every store.
• No medical advice. PeptideIQ and The Peptide Index are price data and software. They do not give medical, dosing or health advice, and make no claim that any product is safe, effective or lawful for any use.
• Your content. You keep ownership of the price files you upload and what you type into the AI assistant. You give us permission to process them only to provide PeptideIQ to you. You confirm you have the right to upload them.
• AI assistant. Assistant answers are generated automatically and can be wrong; check them before acting on them.

12. Our property

The service, its software, dashboards and the way we compile, organize and present the data belong to us or our licensors. Underlying public records remain public; these terms don't restrict your rights to obtain them from their original sources.

13. Disclaimer

The service and all data are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness and non-infringement, and we don't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising out of these terms or the service. Our total liability for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing). These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them.

15. Termination

Either party may end a self-serve subscription effective at the end of the paid period. We may suspend or end your access sooner if you materially breach these terms or the acceptable use policy, if payment fails and isn't fixed, or if the law requires it; where we end access without cause, we'll refund any prepaid fees for the unused period. Sections 9 through 14 and 16 survive termination.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in South Carolina, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there.

17. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. For a material change we'll update the date above and tell subscribers by email or in the product at least 14 days before it takes effect; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change, and if you don't, you can cancel before it applies.
